Refund policy

At IsGarden, we want you to be completely satisfied with every piece of garden furniture you receive. If you change your mind, you may return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and complete with all fittings and assembly instructions. Made-to-order, bespoke or assembled items are not eligible for return unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

To start a return, please email info@isgardenstore.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond within two working days with collection instructions.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer except in cases of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including those granted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
