Shipping policy

IsGarden dispatches all orders from our United Kingdom warehouse within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Standard UK delivery is free of charge and typically arrives within 3–5 working days. Express UK delivery is available at checkout for a small surcharge and aims to deliver the next working day on orders placed before 14:00.

For larger items such as garden sofas, dining sets and parasols, our courier partner will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery slot. Please ensure someone aged 18 or over is available to accept the delivery.

We currently ship to mainland Great Britain and to selected destinations within the European Union. International transit times depend on the destination and any customs clearance required; duties and import taxes outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact info@isgardenstore.co.uk and we will investigate immediately with the carrier.
