These Terms of Service govern your use of the IsGarden website and the purchase of any products from isgardenstore.co.uk. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices, descriptions and product availability at any time without prior notice; the price you pay is the price displayed at the moment your order is confirmed.

A contract of sale is formed only once we send a dispatch confirmation by email. Until that point we may decline an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it and not to reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsGarden's liability for any loss arising from the use of the website or the products purchased is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
